I was thinking that it would be nice for me to meet between December 13 and 21st... What are other peoples thoughts?

It could be a tough time for folks to meet, but if there is critical mass, let's go for it!

I'm usually free on weekends (though not THIS weekend, naturally) - how about everyone else? Do evenings work best for people, or could a Sunday afternoon or Saturday morning kind of thing work too?
